  • Keep the volume comfortable, not loud
  • Avoid distractions, this is not background music

Where to listen

  • A quiet space where you won’t be interrupted
  • At your desk, in bed, or anywhere you can stay still
  • Dimmed lighting helps if you’re using it for relaxation or sleep

How often

  • Give it at least 3 sessions before judging whether it works for you
  • 20 to 30 minutes per session is enough to feel an effect
  • Daily use builds cumulative benefit over time
  • Morning sessions work well for focus, evening for relaxation and sleep
